Start a Return

To process a return, please complete payment and we will arrange a pick-up of your parcel.

Please note:

• This fee only covers the cost of the courier
• You will need to supply your own label, or write on the parcel. You will need to include the delivery address (8 Conrad Place, Leamington, 3432) and your order number on the parcel. As well as the booking number that we will send you once the courier is booked.
• You will need to arrange your own secure packaging at the dimensions supplied to arrive back to us in a brand new, unopened condition.
• Once we have received the item/s back, we will process your refund which normally takes up to a week from the banks to settled.
