Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is run by Super Kiosk, based in Cambridge, New Zealand. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Moleskine or Warner Brothers.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of New Zealand only.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway begins on 11 February 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM NZDT on 14 February 2025.
  • Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @superkioskonline on Instagram.
  2. Like the giveaway post and tag at least one friend in the comments.
  3. (Optional) Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to their Instagram stories and tag @superkioskonline.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Three (3) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on 15 February 2025, and winners will be announced via Super Kiosk’s Instagram Stories.
  • Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM from @superkioskonline only.
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Prize Details

  • Each winner will receive one (1) Harry Potter x Moleskine 2025 Diary.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided New Zealand address at no cost.

7. Disqualification

Super Kiosk reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

  • Use fake or spam accounts.
  • Are incomplete or do not meet the entry requirements.
  • Violate Instagram’s community guidelines.

8. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that Super Kiosk may use their Instagram handle and first name for winner announcements. No personal data will be shared with third parties.

9. General Conditions

  • Super Kiosk reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Super Kiosk.

By entering, participants fully release Instagram from any liability and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
